Safe and reliable earthing switches
KraftPowercon’s earthing switches type GSW are mechanically strong, electrically safe and easy to operate. They cover all possible needs and applications in ESP high voltage systems and applications for safe earthing.
Normally the earthing switch is integrated in the HV outlet busduct. Through the inspection window a 100 % reliable inspection can be done, ensuring that the equipment is grounded. Having the earthing switch in the air, in stead of inside the tank, means that the oil is not affected by sparks, if any.

Basic types
GSW 01
Connects both transformer rectifier and precipitator to earth simultaneously (connecting type).
GSW 2
Isolates transformer rectifier electrically and connects precipitator to earth (disconnecting type).
