Uninterruptible motor drive S200/S400
UMD is a complete system that provides an uninterruptible motor drive.
The system has one or more outputs for driving AC motors, plus a common
mains supply. Each output uses a frequency converter to drive an AC motor,
providing flexibility for the drive system’s control and regulation
needs.
The system also includes a battery and charging rectifier with monitoring
and internal distribution.
UMD has a compact format and rugged construction,
which ensures easy installation with minimum space requirements in a wide
variety of environments.
With options for extra AC or DC outputs, additional control and monitoring
units can be supplied with uninterruptible power.
Typical applications for UMD
UMD provides uninterruptible motor drive in applications where reliability
is a high priority, in power plants and the process industry. Typical
drive applications are pumps, fans, valves and dam gates.
