UMD C200 inverter
When used in combination with an external
DC supply the UMD C200 frequency converter provides an uninterruptible
motor drive.
The frequency converter has one or more outputs for driving
AC motors, plus a common DC supply. Each output uses an frequency converter
to drive an AC motor, providing flexibility for the drive system’s
control and regulation needs.
C200 has a compact format and rugged construction, which ensures easy
installation with minimum space requirements in a wide variety of environments.
With the option of an external AC input the unit can be supplied from
an AC mains supply, thereby reducing the load on the DC supply.
Examples of applications for UMD C200
UMD provides uninterruptible motor drive in applications where reliability
is a high priority, in power plants and the process industry. Typical
drive applications are pumps, fans, valves and dam gates.
